• 60% of the total trip cost must be paid in advance to reserve your slot.
• The remaining 40% must be paid at least 45 days prior to the trip start date.
• If the full amount is not received by the deadline, your booking may be subject to cancellation without refund.
  
  Once a booking is confirmed and the slot is blocked, payments are non-refundable.
• In case of emergencies, bookings can be transferred to another person or rescheduled to a later date (subject to availability) upon approval by Team MMS.
• However, in exceptional cases, team MMS may allow a name transfer upon request and approval
  
  

• All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing via email or our business Whatsapp.
• In the event of no-shows, last-minute changes, or early departures, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
• MMS Adventures reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or government restrictions. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or issue a partial refund subject to third-party refund policies.

  Room/Toilet Sharing: Accommodation will be on a shared basis in comfortable cabins. Toilets will also be shared among the group

We expect pretty good sailing weather and most people acclimate to the movement quickly in good weather. Staying on deck/outside can help mitigate seasickness. Anti-seasickness tablets will be provided if needed.

Provisions will be provided for cooking onboard. Meals will include rice, pasta, Thai curries, bread, tea/coffee, and more. Cooking duties will be divided among the group, ensuring a collaborative contribution and real boat life experience.
