MMS reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel trips due to weather, natural calamities, political issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Travel & adventure insurance is mandatory for all participants.

Participation is subject to medical fitness; pre-existing conditions must be disclosed.

MMS is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

60% of the total trip cost must be paid in advance to reserve your slot.

The remaining 40% must be paid at least 30 days prior to the trip start date.

If the full amount is not received by the deadline, your booking may be subject to cancellation without refund.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the trip:

50% of the advance amount is refundable.
Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another person, subject to approval by our team.

Cancellation within 30 days of the trip: No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
However, in exceptional cases, team MMS may allow a name transfer upon request and approval.

• All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing via email or our business WhatsApp.
• In the event of no-shows, last-minute changes, or early departures, no refund or reschedule will be possible.
• MMS Adventures reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or government restrictions. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or issue a partial refund subject to third-party refund policies.
