Day 01
Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m)
Welcome to Nepal! Arrive in the bustling capital city of Kathmandu, rich in culture and history. You’ll be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to relax, explore nearby streets, and get ready for the incredible journey ahead.
Day 02
Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (822 m)
Begin your journey with a scenic 6–7 hour drive to the serene Pokhara Valley, home to the stunning Phewa Lake. Check in to your hotel near the lakeside and spend the evening exploring the vibrant streets filled with shops, cafés, and restaurants.
Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 03
Trek to Ghandruk (1,940 m)
After breakfast, drive about 1.5 hours from Pokhara to Nayapul, the starting point of your trek. Begin a scenic 3–4 hour hike to Ghandruk, one of the largest Gurung villages in the Annapurna region. Explore the traditional architecture, warm hospitality, and rich cultural heritage of the Gurung people.
Overnight stay in Ghandruk.
Day 04
Trek to Chhomrong (2,170 m)
After an early breakfast, begin your trek through scenic ridgelines and descend toward Chhomrong, a picturesque Gurung village nestled in the heart of the Annapurna region. The trail takes you through lush forests of pine, oak, and rhododendron, offering glimpses of Nepal’s rich flora and fauna.
Enjoy a packed lunch en route and dinner at a guesthouse in Chhomrong.
Overnight stay in Chhomrong.
Day 05
Trek to Himalaya Hotel (2,920 m)
Today’s trek begins with a descent to the Chhomrong Khola, followed by a steady climb to Khuldighar (2,380 m), once home to an Annapurna Conservation Area checkpost. The trail then steeply descends through a forest clearing and levels out as it winds through dense bamboo and rhododendron forests along the gorge.
Day 06
Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m)
Today’s trail leads you past Hinko Cave, Deurali, and Machapuchare Base Camp—a sacred site where climbing is not allowed. Surrounded by towering peaks, this region is known as the Annapurna Sanctuary.A final one-hour ascent brings you to the breathtaking Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) at 4,130 m. Here, you’re rewarded with panoramic, unobstructed views of the majestic Annapurna range.
Day 07
Trek to Bamboo (2,310 m)
Wake up early to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas. From Base Camp, it feels as if you could reach out and touch the towering peaks of Annapurna I, Machapuchare, Annapurna South, Tent Peak, Gangapurna, Hiunchuli, and Annapurna III.
After soaking in the morning light and serenity of the Annapurna Sanctuary, begin your descent back down the valley, retracing your steps to Bamboo
Day 08
Trek to Jhinu Danda (1,780 m) & Drive to Pokhara
Your final day on the trail begins with a scenic trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda, known for its nearby natural hot springs. After a short rest, continue along the Modi Khola River, passing through lush landscapes and traditional villages for about 4–5 hours until you reach Birethanti.
From there, walk to Nayapul, where a vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Pokhara.
Day 09
Explore Pokhara & Drive Back to Kathmandu
Spend the morning exploring the charm of Pokhara—visit lakeside cafés, local markets, or take a final stroll along Phewa Lake. Later, embark on a scenic 6 to 7-hour drive back to Kathmandu, carrying unforgettable memories of the mountains, culture, and people of Nepal.
Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 10
Departure from Nepal
Say goodbye to the mountains and head home or
continue exploring Nepal

Nepal entry visa fees (for non-Indian citizens):
15 days: $25–30
30 days: $40–50 (available on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport) - Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu and Pokhara
- Extra hotel nights in Kathmandu due to early arrival, late departure, or early trek return
- Personal expenses: shopping, snacks, bottled water, hot/cold drinks, hot showers, alcohol, Wi-Fi, phone calls, charging, additional porters, etc.
- Personal trekking gear and clothing
- Travel insurance (must cover high-altitude emergency rescue and evacuation)
- Tips for guide and porter (customary and appreciated)
Payment and cancellation policy
- Confirm your slot by paying 50% of the total package cost.
- The full payment is required before 15days of the travel.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the departure date will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total ticket value.
- Cancellations made within 25 days of the departure date will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total ticket value.
